Diversity, equality and inclusion

By the nature of being a community space, our mission leaves no space for stereotypes of gender, race, religion, appearance or ability. We are all unique and pull together to providing a welcoming space for everyone in our community. Come along, have a natter, hear more about what we do and have your say on anything you’d like to see us improve upon in the future.

Every position whether that be in the council of management (COM) trustees, a freelance or contractor role, is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you.

Here at Beeding and Bramber Village Hall, we’re committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose. We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where our local community can flourish.
