Beeding and Bramber Village Hall is situated in the High Street in Upper Beeding, across the road from the car park and the playing fields. The Village Hall is comprised of three main rooms and two kitchens and is accessible to wheelchair users.
Our facilities
The whole building has central heating and is double glazed throughout, with uber speedy broadband if you need to host Zoom or other conference-style-calls. The site is also fully accessible for wheelchair users and has appropriate toilet facilities.
Main Hall – prices and capacity
Capacity: up to 100 people / 150 standing
Prefect for: celebrations; Birthday parties; weddings; film shows; quizzes; larger classes like Yoga or Pilates; large meetings or presentations
Facilities: Stage area; kitchen attached with cooking facilities; oven and fridge; large screen and projector; outside garden area; sound system with a hearing loop; WiFi
Hire costs from 1 April 2022
Regular hires and local, residents bookings £15 per hour
One-off and non-residents bookings £25 per hour
Large Room – prices and capacity
Capacity: up to 50 people
Prefect for: smaller parties; small classes like Yoga or Pilates; club evenings
Facilities: Small kitchen with oven; garden access; WiFi

Regular hires and local residents bookings £10 per hour
One-off and non-residents bookings £20 per hour
Small Room – prices and capacity
Capacity: up to 25 people
Prefect for: smaller parties; small classes like Yoga or Pilates; club evenings
Facilities: Small kitchen; garden access; WiFi
Hire costs from 1 April 2022
Regular and local residents bookings £8 per hour
One-off and non-residents bookings £18 per hour

- For a full day – 08:00-00:00 – £430.00
Alcohol licensing
- We do not have a license for selling al . You call instead apply for a Temporary Event Notice (or TEN) for £21, which allows an individual to host a one-off event that involves any of the Licensable Activities permitted under the Licensing Act 2003. You can easily obtain one of these from Horsham Council.
- That said you are welcome to bring your own drinks and consume them on the premisis provided they are not being sold. We do not charge corkage.
Performing rights licensing
- Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthday parties – no charge
- All other hire involving music, the hirer to obtain a licence from Horsham District Council.
