Once upon a time Village Halls across the country were where all the cool bands cut their teeth either starting out or getting going – bands like the Beatles. While today it may be a difference scene, that doesn’t mean you can’t organise and book a live music event at our Village Hall and if you can get the surviving members of the Beatles back together – we’d love that!

Why book a village hall for a live music event, theatre or performance
Events in village halls feel kind of nostalgic, we probably all attended one or two when we were young. They make perfect venue’s for DIY live music or social event as they’re cost-effective and you can tailor everything to suit your needs. In our main hall we’ve got the perfect staging to ensure your act can be seen and heard. All we ask is that you respect our lovely neighbours when leaving and return the place to how it was when you found it.
Facilities
You’re welcome to pop by and have a look at the Village Hall and explore if we’re the right place for your event.
- Capacity for up to 150 people (standing) or 100 people seated in the Main Hall
- Lights and sound capability (please speak to Barry our caretaker about your needs)
- x 3 light an airy spaces
- Fully working kitchen with crockery, glasses, cutlery, hobs etc
- Projector for any cool projector / films you might want to show
- Super fast internet
- Toasty central heating
- Wheelchair access throughout

How much does it cost to hire?
The main Hall can be hired from just £15 per hour for residents or £25 for non residents, or you can hire the whole complex for a day from – £430.00.
As we’re an independent charity, so by booking your event or gig with us, you’re also directly helping contribute to the future of the Hall and putting something back into the local community – this will ensure we’re here for future generations.
