We’re delighted to invite you to our annual general meeting (AGM) at the Village Hall. This year’s AGM will take place at 7.30pm on Monday 20 May 2024 in the Beeding Room. We welcome anyone who’d like to celebrate our successes over last year and hear more about what we do. There’ll be teas, coffees and nibbles – come along and learn more about what we do.

About this event

As an independent charity, we hold an AGM every year and we’re delighted to invite you to our 2024 AGM. Our Chair Sue Albery, Vice Chair Maggie Hall, Hon Secretary Sarah-Jane Cox our Treasurer Sarah Rothwell and all of our brilliant trustees look forward to sharing with you some of the successes and challenges of the previous year, and we’re keen to hear from you, our local community.We’re a friendly and open bunch who are working hard to make sure our community space is there for future generations.

We’re committed to making as much time to hear your views as possible. We actively want to hear what we can do better and we’d love to see more people volunteer as trustees.

Become a trustee!

Getting involved as a charity trustee is a great way to put your professional skills to use, but can also be a fantastic opportunity to learn new things. You’ll get great insight into what’s involved in the management of charities and gain skills on working well within a leadership role. Whether your handy, like a bit of admin, have a passion for working with people – we’d love to meet you. You can commit as much or a little time as you have avaible and help give something back to the local community at the same time. We welcome people of all background anad ages to help ensure the Village Hall is there for future generations.
